By using the ExpressKey website or requesting our locksmith services, you agree to the following terms.
  • 1. About Our Services
    ExpressKey is a mobile locksmith service operating in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
    We provide on-site services including:
    • Car key programming and replacement
    • Emergency lockout services
    • Residential locksmith services
    • Commercial locksmith services
    All services are performed at your location by trained technicians.
  • 2. Service Area & Availability
    We operate across DFW and surrounding areas.
    We offer 24/7 emergency service, but arrival times may vary due to traffic, workload, and distance.
  • 3. Authorization & Verification
    You must:
    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Have legal access to the vehicle or property
    We may request:
    • ID
    • Vehicle registration
    • Proof of ownership or authorization
    We reserve the right to refuse service if verification is not provided.
  • 4. Pricing & Payments
    • Prices given over phone or online are estimates only
    • Final price may vary depending on complexity and conditions
    • A service/dispatch fee may apply once a technician is en route
    Payment is due immediately after service completion.
    We accept major payment methods.
  • 5. Cancellations & No-Show
    • Cancellation after dispatch may result in a service fee
    • If we arrive and cannot access the job, a fee may apply
  • 6. Work Risks & Customer Acknowledgment
    Locksmith work may involve:
    • Non-destructive entry when possible
    • In some cases, drilling or forceful entry
    You understand that:
    • Some damage may be unavoidable
    • Locks, doors, or vehicle components may have pre-existing issues
    By approving the service, you accept these risks.
  • 7. Parts & Equipment
    We may use OEM or aftermarket parts depending on availability.
    We are not responsible for:
    • Manufacturer defects
    • Third-party equipment issues
  • 8. Limited Warranty
    We provide a limited workmanship warranty (up to 90 days).
    This does NOT cover:
    • Normal wear
    • Misuse or damage after service
    • Third-party modifications
  • 9. Refund Policy
    • Completed services are non-refundable
    • Custom-cut or programmed keys are non-returnable
  • 10. Customer Responsibilities
    You agree to:
    • Provide accurate information
    • Ensure safe access to the work area
    • Follow technician instructions
  • 11. Prohibited Use
    You may NOT request services for:
    • Illegal entry
    • Unauthorized access
    We may report suspicious activity.
  • 12. Communication & SMS
    By contacting us, you agree to receive:
    • Calls
    • Text messages
    • Emails
    Message/data rates may apply.
